HarperCollins Content Optimisation
Book publishers HarperCollins have a wealth of amazing content that isn’t integrated into their ecommerce website. Starting with a huge client initiated survey, personas and a workshop with HarperCollins I created some high fidelity prototypes. We user tested these with some book lovers to gauge whether users would be more inclined to visit the website directly.
